Liverpool should make an audacious move for Chelsea attacker Willian in the summer transfer window as he is reportedly available.
The Times claim that the Blues are open to selling the 28-year-old in order to strengthen their squad ahead of the Champions League next season.
It is understood that the Brazil international signed a new four-year deal last summer worth more than £100,000-a-week, but has failed to cement his position in the starting line-up under Antonio Conte.
Willian has quite often featured as a substitute this campaign and ex-Barcelona ace Pedro has got the nod in the starting XI.
However, the right winger has still scored 11 goals and supplied three assists in 36 appearances across all competitions.
The attacker has still played an important role in their pursuit of the title, but his form last season was probably more impressive.
Chelsea’s talented squad slumped to a 10th-placed finish in the Premier League, but Willian was one of the few players to standout and his high work-rate is certainly something that Liverpool boss Sadio Mane would surely admirer.
The Reds could do with some extra additions in the summer as their squad has looked a little light this season.
Willian would be able to slot straight into the side and could rival the likes of Philippe Coutinho, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino for a starting position.
