What Mohamed Salah did at full-time after 2-2 draw with Spurs was just wonderful

Thereโ€™s one man youโ€™ve got to feel sorry for after the madness at the end of Liverpool vs Spurs – Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian scored twice and should have been the match-winner after an incredible solo goal in the 91st-minute put Liverpool 2-1 ahead.

The winger had earlier opened the scoring after just three minutes, latching onto a poor Eric Dier backpass before finishing past Hugo Lloris.

But his heroics went relatively unmentioned as Harry Kane scored a 95th-minute penalty at the Kop End to earn his side a point.

To make matters worse for Salah, that Kane penalty meant he moved one clear of him in the race for the Premier League golden boot.

Ouch.

But, while many Liverpool players and Jurgen Klopp went to referee Jon Moss at full-time to express their anger and some of the decisions during the game, Salah had other plans.

He walked over to the Liverpool fans and handed his shirt to a young fan who had been holding up a sign asking for his shirt throughout the match.

Brilliant.
