Four Premier League matches and four wins for Liverpool.
It’s been a terrific start to the new campaign for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Nine goals in four matches is a decent return but Klopp will probably be more impressed with his side’s improved defensive record.
Of course, they have certainly been helped by the arrival of goalkeeper Alisson for £67 million – despite his terrible mistake against Leicester.
But the back-four of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez, Virgil van DIjk and Andy Robertson have protected him brilliantly.
Well, they did until this weekend.
The Brazilian goalkeeper was far busier against Claude Puel’s side and the Reds could consider themselves fortunate to come away with all three points.
Alisson certainly wasn’t helped by the performance of Van Dijk at Saturday lunchtime.
The £75 million Dutchman has been magnificent this season but, against Leicester, he was anything but.
He made a number of mistakes and it was his sloppy backpass to Alisson that led to Leicester’s goal back into the match.
Even before that, Liverpool supporters were questioning his display.
He lost out on many challenges and appeared to be far too casual when in possession.
LIVERPOOL FANS SLAMMED VAN DIJK’S PERFORMANCE
Check out the reaction:
It's taken 9 months but yes, it's officially Virgil van Dijk's first stinker for Liverpool Football Club.

Van Dijk has been really poor here. Not his usual imperious self #LEILIV

Van Dijk's been pretty rubbish in this match.

He produced a fantastic Man of the Match display against Crystal Palace a couple of weeks ago – a performance that led to Klopp singing his praises and defending his price-tag.
“Virgil’s performance was really, really good,” Klopp added. “Quality costs a specific price. Cars are like that. Lots of things are like that. Players too.
“Nobody thinks about that now, which is good. In this market at the moment, he’s at least worth it.”
