LIVERPOOL star Mohamed Salah has been hailed by Ray Wilkins for his good form since moving from Roma in the summer. The Reds ace netted twice in the 4-1 win against West Ham on Saturday and was involved throughout for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
And Wilkins believe Chelsea could have done with keeping the Egyptian when you think about the money they have spent on other players.
The former Blues assistant named Michy Batshuayi in his comparison to Salah.
“It’s a tad of a bargain isn’t it,” he said.
“When you think Batshuayi cost us £33m, he doesn’t produce stuff like that.
“He’s scored goals in Rome and he’s doing exactly the same at Liverpool.
“He’s almost becoming a bit of a cult hero there at Anfield.
Manchester City sit tip of the table, nine points clear of Klopp’s side.
