Since Jurgen Klopp took over at Anfield the Reds have a very good record against other members of the ‘top six,’ in fact none of their rivals have scored as many points against each other as Liverpool have.
Last week was a total anomaly for the German as he saw his side get smashed by Manchester City, at least partially caused by Sadio Mane’s sending off in the first half.
However this weekend was far less of an anomaly, in fact it was the complete status quo as Liverpool failed to beat a team most people would expect them to beat. Despite their total dominance against Burnley they could only draw 1-1.
In fact their games against Burnley really prove their ineffective nature against sides likes the Clarets as in their last three games against Sean Dyche’s side they’ve scored just three goals from 73 attempts and won only one of the games.
After the match there was one player getting a lot of stick and it wasn’t any of the strikers or defenders. Nope the man getting a lot of social media attention was Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and unsurprisingly a lot of it was from Arsenal fans:

Mane suspended and Klopp still doesn't trust The Ox… guess it wasn't just Wenger then?

Loving how ox has gone to a "better" club, just to sit on the bench for 80mins! (Oh and a £60k paycut pw) 😂😂😂😂

People say the ox is a good central midfielder, how do you even know this, he's barely touched 90 mins in CM role 😂

£35m on Oxlaids though. Right up there with £35m for Carroll and £32m for Benteke in terms of overpaying for absolutely no reason.
