PORTO loanee Moussa Marega has reportedly attracted the attention of Liverpool and Tottenham.
According to The Sun, the Premier League clubs are set to battle it out to land the 25-year-old following his impressive form in Portugal.
With 10 goals in eight games this season, the Mali international is showing just why top English sides are keeping tabs on him.
Along with Liverpool and Spurs, it is claimed Crystal Palace, Watford, Sunderland and Stoke are all also interested.
However, the £6m-rated powerful frontman could prove costly to both Jurgen Klopp and Mauricio Pochettino should either boss swoop.
Marega, nicknamed the ‘Terminator’, reportedly has a £36m buyout clause in his contract at Porto.
And having signed for the 2004 Champions League winners only earlier this year, they are likely to be reluctant to let him go.
Liverpool have been devastating in attack this term, with summer signing Sadio Mane fitting in well alongside Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho.
Meanwhile, Spurs’ Vincent Janssen has failed to hit the ground running at White Hart Lane, still awaiting his first Tottenham goal in open play.
And with Harry Kane sidelined through injury, Pochettino has few options up front.
