Premier League rivals Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal have all expressed interest in signing Borussia Dortmund starlet Jacob Bruun Larsen, reports say.
Denmark winger Larsen enjoyed a breakthrough season in 2018-19, making 24 appearances in all competitions to help Dortmund challenge for the Bundesliga title and progress to the knockout stages of the Champions League.
The 20-year-old initially made his debut for the German club in 2017 but was sent out on loan to Stuttgart the following year, before impressing throughout the most recent campaign.
Larsen’s performances have not gone unnoticed and The Sun say English rivals Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal are all keeping tabs on the Danish star.
The winger, who made his international debut in March, did his hopes of securing a high-profile summer move no harm in the ongoing European Under-21 Championship.
Liverpool are not expected to seal any marquee signings this summer following a season in which they won the Champions League and finished second in the Premier League.
But Jurgen Klopp is open to bolstering his squad with some new arrivals and still has close connections with Larsen’s club Dortmund, who he managed before joining the Reds.
Manchester United have enjoyed a busy start to the summer window, signing Daniel James from Swansea City and Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace.
