Chelsea and Liverpool are both interested in signing young Crystal Palace winger Joseph Hungbo, according to the Mirror.
The report suggests that both Premier League clubs have their eye on Hungbo, who has caught the eye after some impressive performances at youth level.
The 17-year-old has been cited as one of the hottest prospects in Palace’s academy, which has not gone unnoticed.
Chelsea themselves are renowned for scouring the country to find the best young players.
Hungbo, a quick left winger, has been at Palace since the age of nine and come through the ranks at the club.
Chelsea have had a busy summer in terms of recruiting young players for the future. They signed Ethan Ampadu from Exeter City, while Billy Gilmour and Daishawn Redan join the club from Rangers and Ajax respectively.
The Blues once again lifted the FA Youth Cup last season and will be targeting another UEFA Youth League this season ahead of their return to the competition.
