Xherdan Shaqiri and Guillermo Ochoa are the two Liverpool must sign for the smallest fee and offers the best quality in return with plenty of money to spend on top after.

Liverpool have a strong squad, but the goalkeeping position is the area that needs to be addressed.
Simon Mignolet has made a lot of mistakes during his time at Liverpool, while Loris Karius’s performance against in the Champions League final against Real Madrid last season underlined that he is prone to errors.
Ochoa is a good goalkeeper, but the Mexico international is 32 years of age, and Liverpool should be looking at someone younger.
