Liverpool fan gets ridiculous tattoo of Trent Alexander-Arnold while drunk in Ibiza

Liverpool fans are known to be amongst the most passionate in the world, let alone England, but this supporter might have taken things to a whole new level.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is an 18-year-old Liverpool starlet who began making waves in the first team last season.

The Liverpool-born star made 12 appearances under Jurgen Klopp last term – seven of which were in the Premier League – and is poised to have a big future at Anfield if he stays on the same track.

Despite the summer signings of Mohamed Salah, Andrew Robertson and Dominic Solanke – while a couple more are expected – Klopp has afforded his youngsters plenty of opportunities since he became the boss on Merseyside.

Alexander-Arnold saw action in the Merseyside derby last season and even started right-back against Manchester United.

But, for all his burgeoning talents, one fan took his affection for Alexander-Arnold to new highs while drunk in Ibiza.

Take a look at the strange tattoo the support got below:

What even is that?! He’d better hope Alexander-Arnold breaks through now, because that is with him forever!

For what it’s worth, Klopp rates the full-back/midfielder very highly and he had plenty of praise for him at the end of last season.

“Trent is a wonderful player. We are really happy to have him here,” Klopp said.

“As an offensive full-back, it’s really good to see. He has to improve in defence from the full-back position, but with his speed he can play a little bit higher up of course. There you have to defend too.

“He’s not used to that position too much. You could see it in one or two situations. He’s 18 years old, he’s used to playing full-back so if he makes a step back that makes no sense in this specific situation.

“When he plays on my side (in midfield), I think we could manage it. If he plays on the other side, even my voice is not loud enough to do it! We are really happy to have him. We need all players in this last part of the season, and he is one of these players.”
