INAKI WILLIAMS is set to sign for Liverpool, according to the bookies.
Ladbrokes believe forward Williams, 22, is destined for Liverpool – despite Spanish expert Guillem Balague believing a move is off the cards.
Odds compilers make it evens for Williams to sign on at Anfield – though they could face a battle from their fellow Prem heavyweights.
It’s 4/1 he snubs Merseyside for a move to Chelsea, while Manchester United are in the running at 6/1, with Man City and Arsenal both 7s to sign the wing wizard.
Williams has played 32 games for Bilbao this season, scoring four goals and creating another six.
Ladbrokes spokesman Dave Burin said: “One of Europe’s hottest prospects could soon be the new King of the Kop, with Liverpool set to pip their Prem rivals to his signature.”
Sky Sports man Balague disagrees, however, and said: “He was followed by Liverpool and has a €50m [£42m] buyout clause.
“I’m not sure any team would be willing to pay that right now because he has not proved that valuation.
“He is in no rush but he is certainly looking abroad should he move.”
