LEICESTER star Wilfred Ndidi is attracting interest from the Premier League’s elite.
Following a productive first season in England at the King Power Stadium, another summer switch could be on the cards. The midfielder, 21, has started all 31 of Leicester’s games in the top flight this term. And his form for the Foxes has led to interest from Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Ndidi, who was sent off in Leicester’s 2-0 win at Brighton yesterday, appears to be keen on a move to the Emirates in particular.
A source close to the player told The Sun: “There has been so much interest in him. He is going to be a top player and Arsenal have been in contact.
“They want to sign him this summer.
“Arsene Wenger is a manager he admires a lot and his friend Alex Iwobi has told him lots of great things about the club.
“But there is no shortage of offers. Liverpool have shown strong interest and [Manchester] United.”
Arsenal are poised to make big changes to their squad this summer after a disappointing season.
However, whether Wenger will still be in charge remains to be seen.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho, meanwhile, is certainly eyeing up midfield reinforcements.
