Liverpool have reportedly identified Leeds United defender Leif Davis as a potential summer signing.
Andrew Robertson is regarded as Jurgen Klopp’s first choice at left-back, but the German requires a replacement for the outgoing Alberto Moreno.
According to the Daily Mirror that has resulted in the Merseyside giants showing an interest in Davis, who signed for Leeds from Morecambe last year.
The 19-year-old has been introduced into the senior setup by Marcelo Bielsa this season, with two starts and three substitute outings coming in all competitions.
Davis still has two years remaining on his contract, and it has been suggested that Bielsa would prefer to keep the prospect at Elland Road.
Bournemouth are also said to be monitoring the situation.
