LIVERPOOL will reportedly face stiff competition if they want to sign Ante Coric this summer.
he Dinamo Zagreb star, 20, made 27 first-team appearances under Ivaylo Petev this season.
And it seems his performances in midfield have caught the eye of a cluster of clubs from across Europe.
Transfer Market Web claim claim Liverpool, Tottenham and West Brom are keen on bringing Coric to England.
And they will apparently have to fight off Serie A pair Roma and Sampdoria, who are vying for his signature too.
It’s suggested one of Jurgen Klopp’s old clubs have entered the race to secure Coric’s services as well.
Mainz are now said to be tracking the diminutive playmaker, who’s earned two senior caps for Croatia.
Transfer Market Web do not say how much a deal for Coric is likely to set potential suitors back.
However, the fact he is under contract until 2022 means Dinamo are under no pressure to let him leave.
Coric was heavily linked with a move to Anfield last year, but he said he was committed to Dinamo.
He told Goal: “I am happy such big clubs want me, but I want to play with my favourite team in the Champions League.
“It was up to me to decide, all I needed to do was a medical, but I want to stay at Dinamo, where I can give a lot more.”
