LIVERPOOL are enjoying an incredible season so far but could make some additions during the January transfer window.
The Reds are second in the table and are in line to challenge for the title.
Therefore, Jurgen Klopp is not expected to make big changes.
But which players could he sign for Liverpool during the January transfer window?
Check out our below:
GK: Loris Karius – the German seems to have beaten Simon Mignolet for a spot between the sticks. Expect him to feature more in goal.RB: Nathan Clyne– the England international helps the Reds with some important runs and also manages to cover a lot of ground in defence.
CB: Joel Matip – the Cameroonian restored the confidence that was missing last season as he wins many challenges and is deadly in the air.
CB: Virgil van Dijk – Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on the Dutchman but it won’t be easy to convince Southampton to sell. Van Dijk has been incredible for the Saints and is almost unbeatable.LB: James Milner – His news role at left-back has lead many impressive shifts. Alberto Moreno will not be coming any time soon.
RM: Adam Lallana – the England international has been also revived this season and has produced some impressive performances for club and country. He’s expected to recover from his groin injury on December 4.
CM: Jordan Henderson – the Liverpool captain seems to have reached top form and has been running a lot of games from midfield. He will be very important for the remainder of the season.
LM: Mahmoud Dahoud – Klopp seems determined to land the highly-rated midfielder but Borussia Monchengladbach will do everything they can to keep him. However, the lucrative offer can change everything.
RF: Sadio Mane – his dribbling skills, amazing runs and shooting prowess make him constant danger for Liverpool’s opponents. No one can take his position.
LF: Philippe Coutinho – the little magician is arguably team’s best player as he scores and creates goals. His pace and dribbling skills make him a real danger.
CF: Roberto Firmino – the Brazilian completes a devastating partnership up front with Mane and Coutinho as they all count six Premier League goals each. He is expected to net a lot more crackers.
