GUILLEM BALAGUE has not heard anything about Liverpool’s reported interest in Las Palmas star Roque Mesa.
The 27-year-old has racked up 25 top flight appearances for the Canary Islanders this season.
And Spanish outlet Marca claim a cluster of top European sides are keeping tabs on him.
The newspaper say Premier League trio Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham all have their eye on Mesa.
While they suggest Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla and Valencia could swoop for him too.
Asked on Twitter about Liverpool tracking Mesa though, Balague suggested Marca‘s report was news to him.
The La Liga expert said: “I’m not aware of any potential move [for Mesa].”
However, Balague believes Mesa would be open to leaving Las Palmas behind if an offer from England came in.
He added: “Would Roque Mesa want to move to the Premier League? Of course he would.”
