End of Sturridge/Origi? Liverpool in Big Money Move for UCL Assassin

LIVERPOOL are reportedly preparing a £20million January bid for Celtic striker Moussa Dembele.

Since joining the Scottish side from Fulham in the summer, the young French forward has become a key player for manager Brendan Rodgers.

He’s scored 17 goals already this season and his performances have caught the eye of several clubs.

Arsenal and Manchester United scouted Dembele in last week’s Champions League clash with Barcelona.

But, according to Glasgow Live, Liverpool are ready to offer £10m with several clauses to take the proposal toward £20m.

It is claimed manager Jurgen Klopp is determined to bolster his attacking options and has received positive reviews on Dembele from his scouts.

The report adds that Klopp will guarantee first team football at Liverpool to persuade the player.

Should the 20-year-old move to Anfield, his contract will see him earn around £60,000-a-week.
