Adam Lallana has revealed that Roberto Firmino is the only Liverpool player in his Fantasy Premier League side.
The England international has revealed that he is among the 3.4 million people who are playing the game this season.
‘There’s about 30 or 40 of us in the league. I won it last year, but I’m mid-table this year,’ Lallana told the Premier League.
‘I’m only allowed one Liverpool player because apparently I have got inside information into our team week in, week out.
‘It’s great fun, a lot of the lads play it, a lot of the lads at England play it, we speak about it.’
When asked which Liverpool player he had in his side, Lallana replied: ‘Firmino – I’ve been loyal to him all season.’
Lallana is among the highest scorers this season with 105 points, and the 28-year-old admits he should have picked himself for his own team.
‘I think I have [been good value],’ said the Liverpool midfielder.
‘It’s probably been a bit of a mistake not putting myself in at times. I don’t want to get carried away, put myself in and go on a drought.’
