AC Milan have reportedly joined Liverpool in the race for Schalke 04 defender Ozan Kabak.
The 20-year-old has only made 32 appearances for his current club since arriving from Galatasaray in July 2019 but is already being linked with an exit.
Liverpool are believed to be interested in the Turkey international, with the Reds expected to enter the winter transfer market for a new centre-back due to their injury issues in that area of the field.
However, according to Calciomercato, Milan are also keen on Kabak, who is said to be valued by his Bundesliga club in the region of €20m (£18m).
The report claims that the Italian giants are reluctant to pay more than €15m (£13.6m) but could include a series of add-ons in order to move closer to Schalke’s asking price.
Kabak has made four Bundesliga appearances during the 2020-21 campaign.
