West Bromwich Albion forward Salomon Rondon has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for both Liverpool and Everton.
Rondon has endured a mixed spell during his time at The Hawthorns, which just 20 goals being scored in 94 appearances in the Premier League.
However, according to The Sun, both Merseyside clubs are considering whether to launch a bid for the Venezuelan international before the end of the January window.
Rondon has just 18 months remaining on his contract, leaving the Baggies in a position where they either need to extend the player’s deal or consider whether to maximise a fee that they could receive for his signature.
Both Liverpool and Everton are well stocked for attackers, but they lack players with similar attributes to the 28-year-old, who is a constant threat in the air.
Rondon has netted just three goals in 22 top-flight outings during the current campaign.
