Liverpool and Manchester United target Hakim Ziyech snubbed Sevilla and is eager to join a big club.
The Morrocan magician was the very few players who was key in Ajax’s successful Champions League run last season. He bagged 16 goals and contributed 13 assists as a free roam midfielder.
After Ajax’s 2-0 win over PSV in the Dutch Super Cup, this is what he said.
“I feel at home here and get to play a lot. I think Sevilla is from the same level as Ajax and I don’t switch Ajax for nothing.
“The right club didn’t make an offer yet, so for now I just stick with Ajax and do my very best on the field. I think everybody gets along really well.
“It’s a great team. We have fun and you shouldn’t give that up for anything. You shouldn’t leave because of leaving; it has to be something you fully approve.”
According to Don Balon the Reds and the Red Devils are interested in Hakim Ziyech.
Jurgen Klopp recently played down any first-team signings, however, if Ziyech is to join, he will add depth, dynamism, and flair.
